My client now has an URGENT requirement for a Bid Writer and as a result, you will need to be either immediately available or available at short notice. This is a permanent position and after the induction period is complete, a hybrid work model is available.

**Your new role as Bid Writer**:
Your duties will include:
Delivery of compliant, professionally produced proposals within pre-defined timeframes

Coordinate and review/edit proposal input from a variety of stakeholders, typically involving contributions from sales, marketing, product teams, finance, commercial, legal and delivery

Document template management in line with company branding

Strong time management / prioritisation skills

Ability to work in a team and to manage the team during proposal schedule

Analyse feedback and provide SWOT reports on feedback received.

Present report to Contracts Manager and Managing Director

**The Experience & Qualifications Required**:
At least 1 years' experience as a Bid Writer

Good knowledge of the Audio-Visual industry is essential

Previous working background in the distribution or reseller market is beneficial

Meticulous

Strong English language skills

Keen eye for detail

Highly competent in Microsoft Word and Excel

**Your Reward & The Package On Offer**:

A salary of £25,000 - £30,000 depending on experience
