We are looking for an enthusiastic, highly motivated individual, to join our expanding bodyshop in Thornliebank.

This will be a varied administrative role in a growing business with an ideal opportunity for an individual looking to start a new career within an office/ Bodyshop environment, leading to excellent development opportunities.

Duties include but are not limited to the following;
- General Receptionist duties; including answering the phone, taking messages, and dealing with first line queries from Customers/ Insurance Company's/ Suppliers
- Providing repair updates
- Monitoring shared Outlook inboxes with the wider team
- Greeting Customers/ Visitors
- Printing, scanning and organising documentation
- General tidying and organising of the Office

This is a junior role, no industry experience required as full training is provided

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £10,500.00-£13,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
