**Quality Inspector**

Our client, a leading company is in search of a **Quality Inspector** to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a well-established company.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Ownership and development of all quality processes to ensure the product is finished to the
- highest standard
- Conducting Stage and PDI Inspections in house and with external suppliers
- Completing inspection records for all checks completed, follow up and resolution
- Reporting all rework and Non-conformances to the relevant departments using suitable
- reporting measures
- Using drawings and visual specifications to inspect the various stages of production
- Signing off product for customer dispatch with confidence
- Internal auditing/ ISO 9001
- Supporting in quality investigations as required
- Experience in a quality inspector role to include customer facing experience
- Ability to read and interpret Engineering drawings, particularly welding symbols
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to work on own initiative
- Basic computer skills
- Good teamwork and communication skills are essential
- Good awareness of health and safety desirable
- Experience of welding using various methods, having training provided
- A welding inspection qualification or currently training for
