My client provide construction, electrical and mechanical installation services to the commercial and private sectors. This encompasses new builds, renovations and refurbishments across the southern region of the UK working for defence, education, NHS, emergencyservices, local councils, government and private sector clients.

**Senior Quantity Surveyor Position Overview**

The right Senior Quantity Surveyor will be preparing tender and contract documents, working on projects with values up to £3.2million and producing financial reports. It will also involve managing costs and building contracts on various projects from initialenquiry to final account.

**Senior Quantity SurveyorPosition Requirements**
- Experienced Quantity Surveyor
- Chartered Quantity Surveyor or currently undertaking APC is essential
- Experience in modular builds, steel framed builds and refurbishments is beneficial
- Experienced in a wide variety of contracts
- Security Clearance is beneficial
- Communication - communicates clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing
- Adaptable
- identify work priorities and manage own workload, able to change with business needs
- Interpersonal skills - able to work effectively with others and establish positive relationships with employees and external parties
- Full UK Driver's License

**Senior Quantity Surveyor Position Remuneration**
- Salary: £50K - £55K
- Car Allowance
- Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm
- 28 days holiday including bank holidays
