Due to expansion and growth we are looking for a full time Receptionist / Front of House Administrator.
**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- To meet and greet all clients and visitors.
- To manage all incoming calls on a busy switchboard.
- To manage all incoming and outgoing post.
- To assist administration team with data input, filing, and any general administration tasks when required.
**SKILLS, QUALIFICATION AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS**:
- Impeccable references from previous employment.
- Must have previous experience as Receptionist or Front of House type role.
**PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES**
- Must have a pleasant and friendly demeanor.
- The ability to work under pressure.
- A “can do” attitude.
**SALARY & BENEFITS**
- Basic Salary - £19750.00.
