An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Paralegal to join the Asset Management and Investment Funds team at a top US firm in London on a permanent basis.
**Theteam**:
The firm’s Asset Management and Investment Funds practice covers many disciplines, advising European and US clients on the establishment, authorisation and management of retail and institutional funds.There is a need for a Paralegal to assist with one theteam’s big clients, giving the successful Paralegal lots of hands-on experience.
**The role**:
The successful Paralegal can look forward to:

- Reviewing and submitting filings
- Drafting and reviewing board minutes
- Assisting with updates to compliance policies and procedures
- Reviewing and updating fund documentation
- Liaising with asset management clients

**About you**:

- Law degree or equivalent qualification essential, LPC desirable
- Previous Corporate Paralegal experience, particularly board minutes and procedural type work
- Hardworking and proactive individual
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- High level of attention to detail
