We’re looking for an experienced Junior Paid Media Manager to join a rapidly growing specialist agency in Bristol. This is the ideal opportunity for a talented Junior Paid Media Manager with a Digital Marketing background to play an important role in helpingsome exciting clients generate boost brand awareness and drive sales.
**What you’ll be doing**
The Junior Paid Media Manager will:

- Report to the Head of Digital
- Be responsible for the Google Ads and Paid Social strategy and its implementation with the support of the team
- Conduct A/B testing and multivariate testing to ensure the best campaign procedures are being used
- Report on campaign performance and make changes where necessary
- Attend client meetings and propose campaign strategies

**What experience you’ll need to apply**:

- 2-4 years of experience working within the Digital Marketing industry and Paid Media
- Hands on experience using Paid Media marketing tools and Google Analytics
- Comfortable analysing and reporting campaigns on Google Analytics to adapt if needed
- Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and manage your workload
- Agency experience is a bonus
