A**bout the Energy Analyst - Customer Success**
This is a key role within the UK and European Customer Success team. This is a varied role that interfaces with Product Development, Customer Support and Analysis, Account Management and Training etc.
**Key Accountabilities and Duties**
- Drive Customer Success Outcomes for clients in relation to technical support, client learning and account management success
- Help encourage a culture of excellent client service within your team
- Collaborate with the Learning team to create valuable content for the client Knowledge Base and internal Learning Management System
**Technical Requirements**
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to develop new techniques
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to solve problems and communicate answers
- Ideally, you will have some experience of working in the energy industry and having worked with models or market economics
