**Executive Assistant / Office Manager - West London - £30-50k**
Our client is a leading Travel & Events agency with offices based in West London. Through their in-depth knowledge, extensive industry connections and worldwide partnerships they deliver a breadth of entertainment and travel services to corporate and privateclients from a variety of industries including technology, film, fashion, media, finance, philanthropy and corporate services.
They are looking for an Executive Assistant / Office Manager to support the business and the CEO & Founder with its continued growth.
**Executive Assistant Responsibilities**
Assistant duties for the CEO & Founder for personal and business requirements
Making travel arrangements
Preparing and completing documents Event and entertainment assistance
Shipping packages and taking in/managing deliveries
General administrative support
**Office Management Responsibilities**
Assisting the Head of Operations to ensure complete updated records and databases
Organise the office layout and maintain supplies of stationary and necessary equipment
Provide HR administrative support to Head of Operations Manage all inbound and outbound postal and delivery requirements
Liaising and working with building management when required
Record and monitor office equipment and IT expenditure Management and supply of staff and company technology i.e computers, mobile phones and desk phones as well as overseeing issues and coordination with third party IT Services to find resolutions and solutions
Simple accounting/admin-based tasks Staff social/team building support, organisation and budgeting Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments for Senior Management
Coordinating and supporting company wide communications and best practice
Onboarding and Exit support for employees Maintaining Health and Safety standards and policies across the company Updating and distributing GDPR and HR policies and procedures
General admin support across the company when required
**Executive Assistant / Office Manager Requirements**
Proven experience as an Office Manager and/or PA and/or EA
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail Familiarity with Office Management procedures Driven, trustworthy and a team player
A can do attitude and approach to any given tasks
