**Marketing Coordinator - Part Time, Permanent Contract**

The role is to support the Sales and Marketing Manager in the running of all departmental duties from sales administration to social media strategy and the development of marketing materials. To coordinate freelance resources in line with project activities, supporting the HR and Studio Manager as and when required.

**Responsibilities**

Reporting into the Sales and Marketing Manager, responsibilities will include:

- Searching for new prospects via social, online and print sources, inputting leads into the CRM database and feeding into the Sales & Marketing Manager for follow up
- Copywriting and sharing content across the studio’s social platforms
- Preparation of quotes and estimates
- Maintenance of the CRM database
- Networking and connecting with prospective freelance talent online, feeding into the studio resource strategy
- Working with Creative, Production and HR in the promotion of the studio
- Assisting with the maintenance of the studio website, including reports on analytics and SEO
- Research and development of new and existing territories and markets
- Attending and minuting monthly marketing and promotional meetings
- Research into industry news and activities
- Contributing to the annual marketing plan and overall marketing strategy
- Supporting with annual events and industry festivals
- Flexibility to attend some breakfast and evening events on an as needed basis
- Attending sales meetings and presentations as and when required, with some possibility for ad-hoc overseas travel in the future
- Any other duties as reasonably requested

- Clearly communicates, verbal and written with a good understanding of tone and syntax

- Strong organisation skills
- Fluent regular user of LinkedIn
- Administration of a Sales/Marketing function or similar
- Fully PC literate with a solid understanding of Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel.
- Basic understanding of Adobe Photoshop

**Non-essential but desirable**
- Understanding body language and presentation skills
- Marketing and research skills using Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok, and Pinterest
- Experience of advertising or creative function
- CRM Database management
- Mailchimp or similar software
- Working within a small team

**About the Studio**

Our open plan studio is just a walk from Sheffield’s train station, meaning we’re just on the edge of the city centre. Pubs, shops and restaurants are all within walking distance. We organise regular staff days out and previous activities have included go-karting, snowboarding lessons and pub walks in the nearby Peak District National Park.
