**About The Role and Company**
**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Prepare regular cadence reporting for the business
- Support the creation and distribution of finance reports - Daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and ad-hoc
- Support business insights with analysis as and when required
- Works cross functionally to build strong relationships, ensuring joined up thinking on any business reporting - bridging any insight produced between other departments (Marketing, Digital, Category and Supply Chain)
- Supports the business with reporting and insight to drive decisions
- Streamline and optimize reporting to maximize resource, automating whenever possible
- Key member of the finance team, working together to achieve both finance and broader business objectives

**Key Skills and Experience**
- Self-starter, ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A flair for presenting financial data in a concise and actionable format
- Ability to continuously prioritize, comfortable in consistently changing environment
- Strong numeric and data management skills
- Extensive Microsoft Office experience, including PowerPoint and Advanced Excel skills
- Hyperion, SmartView, Oracle and Anaplan experience ideal
- Retail, Food service or FMCG experience preferred
