As the**Service Engineer,**you will be reporting to the Technical Services Manager, which involves the service, repair & installation of the product portfolio for our UK and international customers. This is an office-based role (Saffron Walden,Essex), that will require regular UK and international travel.
- Carry out telephone support and remote diagnostics of products to help identify issues.
- Cary out pre and post sales technical support for company product range.
- Undertake the servicing and repair of equipment in-house or on-site
- Manage customer relationships to resolve critical situations
- Preparation of documentation including service reports, IQ/OQ, RAMS, method statements.
- Provide service training for staff and distributors.

To be successful in the role of **Service Engineer**, we would like to speak to anyone who has experience in the following:

- Minimum 3 years' experience working in an equipment service environment.
- Broad experience of providing service and support to customers.
- Experience of working to necessary Health and Safety requirements.
- Ability to read and understand wiring diagrams, instruction manuals.
- Fully IT literate.
