Having nurtured and promoted talent within we now have a fantastic opportunity for an in-house recruiter to join Specsavers as a Resourcing Partner. You can be home-based but we would like you to collaborate with the other team members when it’s needed, visiting our modern offices based in the Solent Business Park in Whiteley, with occasional travel to connect with stakeholders across our other support offices in Guernsey and Nottingham.

**Your role**:

- Work with the wider HR team to understand the talent strategy and help develop functional resourcing plans that incorporate existing and future requirements, to support business growth and talent management
- Build and maintain positive working relationships with stakeholders, providing recruitment best practice, market insight and trends to support the attraction and resourcing approach for specific business areas

**What you’ll bring**:

- Experienced in structured interview techniques
- Experience recruiting in Marketing, Finance or HR is desirable
- Strong evidence of consistently building and maintaining excellent stakeholder relationships at all levels
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment with strong planning, organising and time management skills as well as an ability to negotiate and influence.
