Security Supervisor

If so, Lingwood Security Management have an exciting position available for a Security Supervisor who would be responsible for ensuring the effective and efficient management of operational interaction and direct supervision of staff and liaison with Clients.

You will be required to work night shifts visiting and checking on our sites / staff throughout the North carrying out KPIS and ensuring staff safety. Duties will include:

- Collecting company vehicle from head office and carrying out vehicle checks
- Driving to sites throughout the North West and Midlands
- Completing reports on staff - KPI checks and safety
- Completing site surveys and completing reports on any breaches /information to be passed on to clients
- Detailed log of shift and any incidents to be raised.
- Assist in major incidents and respond to any emergencies.

- SIA Licence
- Drivers Licence with own vehicle
- Customer Service Experience
- First Aid
- Smart appearance and excellent hygiene
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable with excellent time-management skills
- Have a demonstrable knowledge of the security industry
- A commitment to providing first class customer service is essential
- Self-motivated
- Conflict management aware
- Able to be screened back 5 years.

**Monthly Pay (PAYE)**

Reassurance that you will be paid on the 9th of every month. If the 9th falls on a weekend you will be paid the Friday before.

**Statutory Sick Pay**

You are entitled to receive SSP should you fall sick on receipt of Self Certificate. Doctor's note is required for sickness if more than one week.
