That said, we are a hard working dynamic team and this is an opportunity for someone who is proactive, with drive & ambition to encourage and promote new business.

With the support of a team, you will need to have a high level of customer service with a diplomatic, resilient and tolerant approach to dealing with the demands of a wide range of clients including landlords, tenants, contractors and other organisations relating to the business.

You will need excellent organisational skills and work well with others in a team environment.

You will be required to hold a full clean UK driving license and have your own vehicle.

You will also be required to have your own mobile phone.

Previous lettings experience is essential and property sales experience would be an advantage.

The main aspects of the role, although not conclusive are:

- Work in a confidential and discrete manner
- Willingness to be flexible according to fluctuating levels of business
- Work well under pressure
- Maintain a high level of customer service
- Carry out general office administration tasks
- Use a range of office software
- Liaise with existing and new customers
- Visit rental properties and properties for sale
- Carry out lettings/sales viewings with clients
- Process maintenance work orders on behalf of landlords
- Carry out tenant moving in and moving out procedures
- Carry out property inspections, take photos and complete reports
- Contribute and assist with company marketing strategy, social media sites
- Promote and engage new business
- Any other related duties as necessary to assist the team

Essential knowledge, skills and experience required:
Computer Literate with good working knowledge of Microsoft Office

Previous experience in similar customer facing role

High literacy level - grammar, punctuation, spelling, handwriting

Excellent communication skills

Excellent organisational skills

Reliable and efficient
