My client is a leading supplier of kitchens to the house building market. They design, supply and install the most wonderful designs for developers across the South East. They are based in mid Kent and due to their location you will need to drive.

They are looking for a Kitcher Designer to join their team.

The purpose of the kitchen sales designer is to provide a 5* customer experience and support customers to design and create their bespoke kitchen. The kitchen sales designer will need to be hardworking with a can-do attitude, they will need to provide alot of attention to detail with the ability to convert orders with ease.

The duties of the role will include:

- Providing excellent customer service to customers both trade and retail
- Book and carry out face to face meetings with customers to gain understanding of their kitchen requirements and budget
- Designing kitchens as requested and within agreed timeframe
- Translate architect plans to designs

The suitable kitchen designer for the role will have the following skills/experience:

- Previous sales experience and ability to convert the order
- 3 years minimum experience within a customer facing/ kitchen design role
- Able to self-manage and be highly organised
- Keen to keep on top of market trends
- Previous experience using Winner & EQ Software (not essential but desirable)
- Work well in a busy environment
- Excellent attention to detail

The extras:

- Full time office/showroom-based position with some travel to site/customer home (car provided for these visits)
- 37.5 hour week (flexi hours to cover customer requirements)
- Full drivers license
- 25 days holiday + bank holidays (with full Christmas shutdown)
