Plumber (Pt)

Multi Trades Recruitment are looking for a Plumber to be a part of our team working on the prestigious Media City contract in Manchester. Your expertise in Commercial Hot and Cold-water Systems will be crucial in providing top-notch service.
- Continental Shift Pattern (4 on 4 off)
- Working 2 days (7am-6pm) 2 Nights (7pm-7am)
- Weekly Pay

PLEASE NOTE THE CANDIATE WILL BE ENTITLED TO £100 A MONTH AS A SHIFT ALLOWANCE

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Utilise your approved apprenticeship or relevant industry experience to excel in Plumbing/Mechanical work.
- Prioritize safety through vigilant risk assessment and adherence to equipment protocols.
- Execute scheduled maintenance tasks, ensuring compliance with maintenance schedules and contract SLAs.
- Address reactive maintenance promptly and efficiently in alignment with contract SLAs.
- Demonstrate a solid grasp of Health & Safety standards, including ISO 9001 & 14,001.
- Interpret technical diagrams, work according to plans, and effectively communicate technical information.

**Complexity**:
Your role will encompass a range of tasks, including plumbing and general mechanical work. To succeed, you must:

- Demonstrate competencies backed by relevant qualifications.
- Handle both routine maintenance and reactive service calls.

**Qualifications**:

- Approved and formal apprenticeship in Plumbing/Mechanical or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong mechanical knowledge of HVAC systems.
- Experience in working with Commercial Hot and Cold-water Systems.
- Proficiency in risk assessment and adherence to safety protocols.
- Familiarity with Health & Safety standards, including ISO 9001 & 14,001.
- Ability to interpret technical diagrams and communicate technical information effectively.
