**Company**: Designers and manufacturers of specialist tooling systems for automotive and other industries.

**Duties**
- Reception _
- To provide first class customer care and hospitality to customers and visitors both face to face and by telephone
- Route incoming calls to switchboard through to recipient as quickly and efficiently as possible
- Organise Taxi bookings as requested, and document use and costs for reconciliation with accounts
- Overseeing travel and accommodation procedure to arrange travel and accommodation for SBS associates
- Monitoring and scheduling all contractors visit to ensure that the day to day running of the office is functional - this includes but not limited to - cleaning, vending, air conditioning, PAT testing
- Facilities_
- Facilities; management and regular review of building maintenance service contracts via contractors
- Health & Safety_
- Carrying out office safety walkthroughs for all new associates. and annual walkthroughs for existing associates as part of CSA procedure
- Co-ordination of company car fleet. Arrangement for delivery and collection of company cars for Reading associates with external suppliers
**Skills & Experience**
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in an office environment
- Experience in co-ordination, planning, prioritisation, and organisation of tasks
- Ability to work under pressure and on own initiative
