**Main Tasks, Duties and Responsibilities**

**Picking, Packing & Despatching. Stock replenishment & other warehouse duties.**

**Part time: 12:30pm - 7pm Monday to Friday**

- Work to standard operating procedures (SOP’s) in line with company policy.
- Maintain high standards of site house-keeping and view all areas of the warehouse, containers and forecourt as an extension of our showroom.
- Maintain high levels of Health and Safety awareness & report any areas of concern to Operations Team Leader immediately. Adopt an uncluttered “clean as you go” work ethic.
- Support Operations Team Leader with all day to day tasks.
- Monitoring of stock, allocations, un-allocations, dispatches, un-dispatches, receiving, un-receiving, adjustments, movements, bin locations, storage, weighing and labelling etc.
- High level of care, efficiency and 100% accuracy within picking and 1st ,2nd checking operations.
- High level of care, efficiency and 100% accuracy when packing, processing and completing Sales Order despatches through the system and pack all customer orders in a highly presentable condition as if you were the receiver. Use packaging materials and space filler as directed.
- High level of care, efficiency and 100% accuracy when uploading deliveries to our carrier sites in order to control traceability. Manage and track sales order with scheduled delivery dates.
- High level of care, efficiency and 100% accuracy when checking in, monitoring goods received and processing our PO’s from supplier delivery notes to ensure they match. Report any shortages, errors, damages, discrepancies upon receipt to Purchasing department immediately.
- Swiftly process all assigned sales orders as stock arrives throughout each day ensuring customer delivery deadlines are met.

High level of care, efficiency and 100% accuracy when analysing customer returns, ensure goods are in resalable condition prior to receiving back in stock. Escalate and report any errors, damages to customer services dept.
- Deal with goods inbound vehicles following the correct company procedure.
- Ensure all goods are packed away correctly in the right bin location and in a safe manner and as quickly as possible after delivery arrives.
- Load vehicles in a safe, presentable manner ensuring the customers received delivery of exactly what they ordered.
- Carry out routine inventory counting/system entry when necessary and as directed.
- Escalate any inconsistencies through to the Operations Team Leader and put improvement suggestions forward where appropriate.
- Assist and support other team members as necessary or directed.
- To action any other elements to fulfil the operational needs of the business, including Health & Safety duties, routine checks, daily locking up duties of shutters, doors, gates, posts etc.
- Be co-operative, respond to and follow instructions, embracing any other reasonable duties as allocated/instructed by the Operations Team Leader, Operations Manager or Company Directors.
- Uphold & believe in the company’s Mission, Vision, Core Values, Goals & Code of Conduct
- Assist in delivery driving using company vehicles to meet the needs of the business as directed.
- Carry out routine inventory counting/system entry when necessary and as directed.
- Project involvement to Improve Systems and Operational accuracy.

Warehouse Space Utilization Programs & 5S Workspace project management in accordance with direction of the management.
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills and work ethic
- Numerical and focused on accuracy.
- Pays attention to detail.
- Experienced in stock management software
- Good problem solving skills.
- Remains calm under pressure.
- FLT Counter Balance and Reach Licence desirable but not essential.
- H&S basic or higher desirable but not essential.
- Good IT skills in Outlook, Word, Excel, Office 365, ERP Systems or higher role dependant.
- Qualifications - GCSE/AS/A Level or higher role dependant.

Driving Licence (Only applicable if the nature of the job requires driving)
