This local authority has increased their pay rates, they're now able to offer **up to £40ph**(depending on experience) for social workers to join their well-rated authority

We currently have vacancies within **Ellesmere Port and Winsford offices**. The hiring manager is happy for you to choose your preferred office, generally whichever is closest to you in order to make your commute as manageable as possible. Theyoffer **flexibility with working from home,** and the freedom and autonomy to manage your own diary around home life, parenting responsibilities, etc. as long as you can be in the area if an emergency occurs. They would like social workers tobe visible in the office approx. 2 days per week, they also provide **free parking on-site and a parking permit for the locality,**giving you one less thing to worry about when getting to the office and visits

This local authority is **rated "good" by Ofsted**and is consistently improving They provide guidance and work with under-performing local authorities to improve their practice. **High-quality training and supervision**will be provided, including trauma-informed training, to both permanent and agency workers
