Our client is a well-established FMCG business that is dedicated to delivering high-quality and innovative products. Due to their ever-expanding growth they are now seeking a Technical / QA Administrator to join their team. The business is well respected and successful - its success is based on great products, hard work, flexibility, and innovation and delivering results.

**Job Purpose**:
**Core duties and responsibilities**:
Prepare and communicate monthly team meeting newsletter.

Ensure relevant parties are aware of Quality issues and provide necessary documents or action to support resolution, including external communications.

Complete version control of documents, change control, process flow documents as required.

Log global quality complaints.

Lab testing - sending samples and logging/saving data collection.

Save and file the results of external QC laboratories.

Work with Customer Services to answer Technical queries from consumers & build the FAQ database

Additional internal testing of products against product specification to ensure they meet organoleptic quality standards.

Inputting product information on the PIM system

Create FAQ responses for projects.

Coordinate meetings / collate meeting minutes.

Reviewing administrative systems and processes to find better ways of working.

**Key Skills & Experience**:
A minimum of 1 years’ experience within a technical discipline, in a food manufacturing environment.

Experience of complaint management to root cause analysis.

Working knowledge of a Quality/Technical functions, including processes, process flows, specifications.

IT literate including use of PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Focus on detail - a high level of accuracy and attention to detail

Effective communicator - excellent communication skills are required as working collaboratively with suppliers, customers and stakeholders is a key part of this role

Time management - uses time effectively to manage a busy workload with the ability to prioritize important tasks

Learning and development - desire to learn and develop to take on further responsibilities in the future

Open to change - ability to work in a fast paced and continuously evolving environment

Communication skills - ability to clearly and concisely communicate with suppliers and key stakeholders within the business

Strong analytical and numerical skills - ability to interpret and understand complicated information and systems

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£22,000.00 per year
