**My international client is seeking a curious, self-motivated, and creative communications professional to join their EMEA Internal Communications team.**

**This role will be responsible for supporting the EMEA team in strategic communication program development, execution, and measurement.**

**You must be composed in fast-moving situations, embraces ambiguity, quickly understands complex issues and anticipates employee questions/reactions. They have demonstrated excellent interpersonal skills, a proven ability to influence others and workeffectively across a number of internal stakeholders.**

**You will work across the EMEA team to develop communications materials for a diverse internal customer base.**

**You will be poised, have a clear communication style, and be able to work with multiple senior stakeholders to distill complex information into a digestible format and present that information to multiple audiences in a way that anticipates theirneeds.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Understand the communications needs of various internal audiences, craft messages that are impactful and lead to desired outcomes, managing the review, approval, and distribution processes.
- Independently develop and implement comprehensive communication plans, messaging frameworks, and timelines spanning multiple quarters.
- Develop narratives and internal content, including speechwriting, speaker prep, and communications for senior executives.
- Be recognized as an authority and thought manager in executive, field/channel, or employee communications, and contribute to the development and adoption of innovative ideas, programs, and platforms.
- Work with the EMEA management to understand potential upcoming change impacts and proactively communicate to minimize uncertainty.
- Be able to work across multiple functional and regional teams to collaborate on communications, both launch materials, and ongoing updates.
- Earn trust, provide sound counsel, and look around corners to spot emerging topics and develop proactive plans to communicate with a wide range of internal stakeholders.
- Track and report content effectiveness metrics to internal stakeholders, as well as continually monitor, analyze, and tune messaging to maximize impact.

**Required qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, English, or a related field.
- 7+ years' executive or internal communications experience, preferably at a high-growth, technology company.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills, with the ability to articulate complicated issues in clear, concise communications, with a mínimal peer or managed edits needed.
- Experience creating content: digital, written, video, and visual communications materials.
- Proven ability to think strategically and implement ideas from ideation and development to measurement and evaluation.
- Demonstrated experience building trust and influencing cross-functional teams and senior leaders.
- Experience driving cultural change and influencing organizations through communications, from the audience and stakeholder analysis through to implementation and success metrics tracking.
- Superior listening and interpersonal skills, confident interacting within all levels of the company.
- Excellent organization and program management skills and ability to successfully multi-task.
- Ability to link communication plans and activities to business results.

**Preferred qualifications**:

- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment where tactical and strategic activities are expected to be driven in parallel.
- Experience developing creative, effective communication plans for a diverse, remote, and mobile audience and executing those plans.
- A "can-do," problem-solving approach to managing ambiguity in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
- Willing to roll up one's sleeves and get work done, even when it's outside the scope of the job.
- Strong deductive reasoning skills and experience formulating innovative solutions.
- Results-oriented - driven to meet deadlines while not sacrificing quality.
- Strong financial and business analytical skills.
