Multi Skilled Engineer

This is a great opportunity to join a fast growing Engineering function of a large multi site business in Essex. We are looking for a pro-active Multi skilled engineer with an electrical bias from any industrial, manufacturing or FMCG background.

This position works on a days only basis (earlies and lates) working 3s and 2s (either 11 or 12 hour shifts).

**Responsibilities will include**:

- Promoting a strong Health and Safety culture on site
- Pro-active and reactive maintenance work as required
- Root cause analysis and corrective actions to avoid repetitive breakdowns.
- Maintain stocks and spares
- Liaise with contractors, ensuring full compliance and safety.
- Maintenance and documentation of the CMMS

**We are looking for someone with the following**:

- Minimum of Level 3 qualification in Electrical Engineering (or related)
- Basic hydraulics/pneumatic knowledge
- 3 phase expertise
- Power transmission experience
- Able communicator with both operational and engineering teams
