Graduate Teaching Assistant Wanted

We are currently seeking a dedicated and passionate Graduate Teaching Assistant to join our team at a reputable school in Newham. As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with experienced teachers to provide exceptional support to our studentsand contribute to the school's overall success.

Key responsibilities:

- Work closely with teachers to plan and deliver engaging lessons that meet the needs of our diverse student population.
- Provide one-to-one and small group support to students who require extra assistance with their studies.
- Assist with the preparation and marking of classroom materials, including homework and assessments.
- Support classroom management and behavior by setting a positive example and modeling appropriate behavior.
- Participate in extracurricular activities and events to promote student engagement and school spirit.

Qualifications:

- A bachelor's degree in education, or a related field is preferred.
- Relevant experience working with children and young adults is desirable.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Passion for education and a commitment to providing a safe and supportive learning environment for all students.
- Flexibility, creativity, and adaptability are essential traits for this role.
