**Training Administrator**

**Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm**

The role of the Training Administratoris pivotal in enabling Tigerlily Training to achieve its business objectives. The role focuses on ensuring that both our training centres and trainers meet TLT requirements and processes are followed and maintained to provide quality training to our clients.

**Main Tasks & responsibilities**
- Calling all clients after a course, gaining feedback, and adding a follow update for sales
- Monitoring learners to ensure that all have completed their eLearning prior to attending the practical day.
- Liaising with learners and clients to ensure client satisfaction and course outcomes are met.
- Sending courses to certification and performing final course sign off
- Printing all learner certificates in queue and prepare for post.
- Dealing with client complaints - raising a complaints form and passing to Sales Manager and Directors.
- Monitoring company inbox
- Monitoring company webchat
- Sending out in-house sales packs and assisting the sales and admin teams with other tasks as required.
**Person Specification**
- Ideally a minimum of 2 years + in a telephone customer service role
- Excellent customer service, good telephone manner and desire to help clients and learners
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Good level of written and spoken English
- Ability to work on initiative, multi-task and prioritise work
- Team player who is willing to work hard
