**About the Company**

My client has grown substantially over the last few years; not just in terms of revenues and headcount, but also in complexity as the company has combined organic growth with M&A activity. To support our ambitious growth strategy, we are defining a new structurefor FP&A in which the Financial Reporting Analyst will support all business units' reporting and analysis to bring our analytical support to the next level.

Reporting to the Senior Reporting & Analytics Manager, this role offers exposure to senior management, including the Head of FP&A and Finance Director, as well as key business unit stakeholders. The Financial Reporting Analyst will be providing vital reportingand financial analysis within our FP&A reporting, ultimately helping to influence the company's ability to make decisions to further its strategic goals. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a team with real responsibility and impact.

This role will require you to use your excellent reporting and analysis skills to produce reporting on financialand trade performance, and deliver accurate and insightful financial analysis to key stakeholders.

**Day to Day**
- Prepare and analyse monthly Trade Meeting decks
- Support in the preparation of weekly outturn forecast including inputs and data consolidation
- Support in the preparation of standardised monthly financial dashboards
- Assist the FP&A team with all processes and reporting to deliver the annual budget and Q1 Reforecast.
- Support continuous improvement of systems, processes, and activities.
- Produce monthly and ad hoc financial and tax reporting for Tencent
- Work together with other teams, especially Business Intelligence, to help create accurate and efficient reporting from various data sources
- Produce new reports and dashboards as required by stakeholders
- Support on ad hoc reporting and analysis for the wider FP&A team as requested
- 1-2 years' practical experience in detailed financial reporting and analysis
- Strong quantitative skills, including data manipulation, data analysis
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Proficiency in visualisation tools like DOMO and PowerBI is advantageous, but not essential
- Strong analytical skills, including the ability quickly to grasp the "big picture" and exhibit judgment in drawing conclusions and solving problems.
- Strong teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to learn new skills and assist other team members
- Desirable, but not essential to be studying for a financial qualification to enhance their financial and business knowledge
