This Trainee Mortgage Advisor position enables you the opportunity to join a growing mortgage brokerage in Guildford. You will play a pivotal role in the expert maintenance and management of client accounts within the team. This role is to support theirDirector to free up their time, so they have more time to speak with the clients.

You will be initially undertaking mortgage administration duties whilst learning the ropes, to support your progression to become a Mortgage Advisor. Your duties will include;
- Client research
- Sourcing appropriate products
- Liaising with lenders and solicitors
- Clarifying criteria with all respective parties
- Administrative duties
- Answer incoming calls, responding to client and provider queries as appropriate

**Trainee Mortgage Advisor Requirements**
- Ideally, you should have 1 years+ experience within a similar role, such as Mortgage Administrator or Trainee Mortgage Advisor
- Experienced with all types of mortgages and liaising with lenders, underwriters, solicitors, estate agents
- Need to be able to maintain accurate records using Office 365 programs and CRM
- CeMAP or equivalent would be a bonus but not essential
- Strong & clear communicator able to speak with clients at all levels
- Organised problem solver who has excellent attention to details

**Trainee Mortgage Advisor progression**

This company would support you with progression from undertaking mortgage administration into a Mortgage Advisor position within 12-24 months in the role
