You’ll be super organised and motivating, in supervising a team to ensure that we deliver service excellence across our catering day to day operation. Always ensuring that Health and Safety regulations (such as Food safety, Allergen awareness, COSHH and HACCP regulations) are maintained and followed.
Top notch admin skills are required, as you’ll keep on top of stock rotation, schedule deliveries, and communicate frequently back to line managers regarding reporting figures, deadlines, proposals for service improvement and day to day operations.
A customer facing role must go hand in hand with a warm, welcoming smile, as being exceptional in the moments that matterCustomers will always remember how you made them feel.
**About you**
It’s important to have a positive, approachable attitude as this is a customer facing role with supervisory responsibility. You will need to have strong communication skills with the ability to demonstrate great teamwork. As Sodexo highly promotes a 'one team' ethos.
Experience working in a similar industry (i.e. catering or food production) with the ability to adapt quickly to new tech systems (EPOS or other till systems) and have previous experience supervising a team would be great.
