The City & Capital Group are currently representing a highly ambitious and well-funded property development finance lender who have retained our services in order to appoint an ambitious and career focussed individual to their growing team at a very excitingtime.

This role is ideal for an individual who is actively seeking a genuine long term career within real estate lending as the role itself comes with plenty of training and future growth potential.

In addition the role will allow you unique access to a broad range of activities across all aspects of the lending cycle from the first point of contact with borrowers, to loan completion and repayment.

This is unique as often roles are specific to one area of the lending cycle, meaning that this opportunity will assist your ability to identify the areas that you prefer and excel in, in order to determine future career direction and specialisms.

**You will support the senior team with**:

- Client meetings and deal origination
- Progressing deals and working with professional stakeholders
- Deal assessments and underwriting
- Credit risk management and loan servicing
- Ad-hoc tasks and duties that support the lending cycle or company profile

As above, all training will be given for this role and therefore no prior experience of real estate lending or property development finance is essential, but a passion to develop a career within, and to join our client on their growth journey is a must.

**The ideal individual for this role will be**:

- A recent graduate looking for a long term career in property finance lending
- An individual with limited financial services or property finance experience
- A confident communicator who enjoys variety in their work
- Someone with a strong attention to detail
- Someone who is happy to undertake any task for the good of the firm & clients

You will be proactive in your working style, hungry to learn and develop and not afraid to take on new challenges in a fast paced environment. You will be a genuine team player who is organised and quick to spot potential issues or opportunities as theyarise, and keen to address and capitalise on each accordingly.

In order to best benefit from the support and development of the senior team this role will be based from their fantastic offices in London, near Liverpool Street Underground Station.

Our client is ideally looking to pay between £25k and £30k for the ideal individual as a basic salary. Higher offers may be considered for exceptional talent, attitude and experience. This will be complemented by access to the lenders favourable bonus andbenefits scheme, currently available.

It has been agreed with our client that the successful individual will also achieve a pay review at their probationary meeting where salaries may be increased according to performance.
