We are looking for an Inventory Admin Manager to support our Multi-user contract in West Hallam. You’ll be responsible for the management of the Inventory department and employees to ensure a complete and exceptional service is provided to our customers.You’ll be working Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 16:30, on a full-time permanent basis.

**Pay, benefits and more**:
We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £30,000 per annum. In addition, we offer 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays), as well as the option to buy additional days. **What you’ll do on a typical day**:

- Operate Warehouse Management System (WMS) to identify and implement improvements to add value to the site, customer and business
- Oversee your team of Inventory Clerks and Distribution Centre Operatives to maintain stock accuracy and integrity, minimising stock loss though investigations and resolution of errors
- Monitor reporting and WMS, highlighting to the Inventory Manager and Shift Managers on any issues that may be arise
- Work on projects, conducting reviews to improve efficiencies and working practices

**What you need to succeed at GXO**:

- Strong Inventory management experience in a warehousing/logistics environment, ideally in 3PL
- In-depth knowledge of inventory processes and stock management
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Past people management experience
