**Summary**
We are kick off the search for a Web Analyst who can effectively lead their digital analytics offering and draw to real insights from what customers are doing on their platforms.
You will be joining a small team and there is scope to increase that and potentially take on a leadership role in the future but for right now we are looking for someone to be hands on, purely technical.
This is a GA focussed position as they are using GA4, and we are looking for in depth knowledge in GA for this role.
**The Role**
There is a huge amount of business opportunity here, to increase conversions
and really understand what their customer base are doing.
**Key Duties**:

- Support on the development of measurement and data strategies.
- Visualising data through dashboards and reports.
- Present analytics results and recommendations at client meetings.
- Making recommendations to clients about how they use and manage data.
- Telling a story using data but also considering the wider context.
- Measuring traffic sources and acquisition strategy
- Support new business on revenue opportunities for prospective clients.
- Work with senior analysts to embed new analytics tools within the business.
- Work with conversion consultants measure A/B tests and CRO programmes.
- Help to increase the adoption of the analytics across the agency and our clients.
**Requirements**:
Google Analytics, ideally GA4
Any other analytical tool or language would be advantageous (SQL, BigQuery, GTM etc.)
