Provisioning Coordinator

Our established IT client is looking to recruit a Provisioning Coordinator to join the team at their office in Bradford.
You will be responsible for the provision and ceasing of customer products and services, ensuring customers are informed from the point of order to confirmation of delivery. The Provisioning Coordinator's support the Provisioning Manager in driving business growth and supporting sales activities.
**Main Duties**:
- Process received orders, including; new provides, regrades and ceases
- Ensure hardware is configured and delivered within agreed service time-frames
- Monitor and track the status of orders
- Provide customers and partners with regular updates pertaining to their order
- Categorise and report order issues, escalating and/or transferring where required
- Monitor and action tickets received into the Provisioning department
- Coordinate the installation and delivery of services and products
- Maintain appropriate department stock levels
- Maintain an awareness and understanding of relevant products and services technologies within ISP/Telecommunications, in addition to the company's product portfolio
- Contribute to the production of department knowledge-base material
**Key Skills/Requirements**:
- At least one years' experience within a Provisioning environment
- Awareness of industry specific regulatory requirements
- Exceptional organisational and planning skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- A great problem solver, focusing on delivering outcomes to an exceptional standard
- Skilled in the use of IT software including Microsoft Office and project management tools
- Outstanding customer service skills and previous experience using CRM systems
- Experience within a telecomms environment is desirable
**Mon to Fri, 8.30am-5pm.**
**Salary £21k**
