**Job Summary**
Our client’s Customer Service team has recently grown and with that growth comes the need for a new Customer Service Advisor which is where you come in. The business continues to lead the way as an industry leader in their respected field and there is a huge opportunity for someone joining the business to further your career and have a real impact on their success.
**Your role**
As the Customer Service Advisor, you’ll respond appropriately to all customer enquiries and ensure that administration is carried out accurately, on time, and to the agreed service levels.
**About you**
You will ideally be a Call Centre Agent or Advisor and have done a Telephone-based role for at least one year within a similar environment (extra points if you have experience of working in Omni-channel environment) and have been great at it and all that being a Customer Service Advisor involves -if it needs explaining then this is probably not for you.
