**What you will do**:
As a **Digital Business Analyst,** you'll support on identifying digital solutions that deliver value to stakeholders and lead in the definition and realisation of solutions, processes, benefits, avoidance of cost, identification of new opportunities,understanding of required capabilities and modelling the organisation.

**You'll also**:

- Trace and link business requirements to future state design.
- Refine requirements and come to proper solution for customers.
- Identify and support cut-over and implementation tasks.
- Responsible for planning and project governance.
- Create and maintain documentation as well as supporting controls and quality assurance for key stakeholders and suppliers.
- Create and execute test scenarios and test scripts at various stages of the project in order to validate the solution design.
- Build, manage and maintain a positive working relationship with a variety of stakeholders (in technology, core banking, and everyday banking), and also third-party suppliers across multiple franchises and functions.

**The skills you'll need**:
We're looking for an experienced digital business analyst with the ability to drive the analysis and collection of information to create recommendations for service improvements.

**You'll also need**:

- Experience of being integral to large digital projects where you have planned, visualised and assisted in the delivery of the end customer experience.
- An ability to bridge the gap between technology and business by understanding technology builds, being a part of the technology conversations and understanding how it impacts the end user experience.
- Good attention to detail to capture requirements and traceability.
- Experience of delivering business analysis in a technology or IT function.
- To be able to plan logically enable the team and support team members i.e. product owners.
- Experience of requirements gathering with key stakeholders as well managing project delivery.
- Experience in an agile environment.
