Commercial Refrigeration

My client is seeking an experienced Refrigeration Engineer to join their dynamic fast paced field service team covering the Manchester and Yorkshire regions of the UK. You will be responsible for conducting regular routine and reactive maintenance for thecompany's clients on site equipment by working to the agreed service levels to ensure their clients service equipment is repaired and operational within a timely manner.

As a Refrigeration Engineer your day-to-day responsibilities will consist of.
- Responsible for the repair, maintenance, and testing of refrigeration equipment at the clients contracted sites.
- Diagnose technical problems and determine proper solutions to reduce downtime of on-site refrigeration equipment.
- Attend reactive call outs within the required SLA and communicate with the office-based staff to ensure transparency and clarity regarding fault issues.
- Working on a variety of commercial refrigeration ranging from integral fridges and freezers to walk in cold-rooms.
- Maintain and uphold van stock by booking out parts accurately and on time to ensure stock replenishment.
- Recording all relevant documentation accurately and on time and produce quotations and technical briefs to the customers.
- Ensure all activities are carried out within company and legislative health and safety and guidelines reporting any issues.

An exciting opportunity for a Refrigeration Engineer with the following.
- Apprenticeship in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Experience within the Refrigeration industry.
- F-gas certification (C&G 2079).
- Excellent communication skills.
- Flexibility to work weekends and evenings when required and be a part of the 1 in 4 week on-call rota.
- Full UK driving license.
