Long established in affordable housing, Lovell’s residential business has evolved in recent years to provide a truly national construction solution. Lovell is the nation’s complete housing specialist and we’re dedicated to delivering excellence in everything we do.
Assist in the building of relationships with key stakeholders at all levels through a range of organisations throughout the region, including those with an interest in partnerships, land, social housing provision, planning, and technical etc. These will include Development Managers in LA and Housing Association’s, land agents, Employers Agents and other consultants.
Assist in the auditing of key Clients such as Local Authorities and Housing Associations to ensure we understand their key needs/drivers, personnel and areas of focus. Audit findings will be used to help inform new business strategies and opportunities for partnership working to unlock housing development.
Assist in the development and implementation of our corporate marketing strategy including participation in social media initiatives, arranging of corporate events and preparation of marketing material.
Build a detailed understanding of the mixed tenure and social housing industry.
Oversee the timely completion of Pre-Qualification Questionnaires (PQQ’s) and Tenders in conjunction with other members of the Regional Team.
Tracking business opportunities and updating associated information including CRM.
Identify, develop and incorporate new ideas and best practice into the process to drive bidding innovation and improve success rates.
Source and help maximise RP offers for land led and Section 106 opportunities.
