**Job Summary**:
The Stores person role is to manage and complete tasks within a busy warehouse facility

**Responsibilities**:

- Booking in and checking deliveries
- Preparing parts for dispatch
- Managing administration of parts deliveries
- Managing and organising courier collections for orders
- Ensuring stock levels are accurate at all times
- Ensuring the warehouse is clean and tidy at all times
- Ensuring that the work flow process in the warehouse is adhered to at all times
- Building parts kits using stock part items
- Administrating and maintaining a healthy stock kit profile
- Identifying slow moving stock items
- Working with other team members of the team to carry out stock takes.

**Key Competencies**:

- Should have an eye for detail
- Should be a team player or equally at home working on their own
- Must be able to work on their own initiative
- Must be punctual
- Must be polite
- Must be computer literate

**Qualifications**:

- GCSE standard education
- Counterbalance FLT licence desirable
