Commercial Gas Engineer - North West

Our client is based in the North West; they employ over 120 engineers to provide services to clients across the North West and further. The majority of their workload is repeat business for clients developed steadily over a long period of time; working togetherto ensure the right technology is installed and maintained in facilities varying from Universities, Hospitals and Shops.

Their technical expertise includes heating, electrical, air-conditioning, gas engineers providing a capability across all of a buildings systems. Completed installation projects are supported by teams of mobile service and maintenance engineers providinga planned preventative maintenance and 24 hour emergency call out service to their clients.

They are looking for a Commercial Gas Engineer in the Northwest area to work mobile around the Liverpool and Wirral area on various contracts including university's, Hospitals, Shops.

On offer is a basic salary of £38,000 - £40,000 with door to door travel time, overtime, on call allowance, holidays and pension. It’s a mobile role so comes with a van (less than 3 years old), fuel card and PDA.

You will be working in commercial buildings carrying out service, maintenance and repair to a range of commercial systems. This will including gas service, maintenance, fault-finding and repair on the commercial gas systems including: commercial boilersand any auxiliary HVAC including AHU's etc.

You may have one or all of the following:

- Experience in a similar position
- Commercial Gas
- Domestic Gas
- Commercial Catering Qualifications
- LPG and Oil Qualifications are preferred but NOT ESSENTIAL
- HVAC experience would be an advantage
