Senior Mechanical Engineer - Building Services Design - Salary Up to £55,000 - West Bristol

About the company?
Operating on all sides of building services design, this M&E Design specific consultancy are now looking to grow their team with a Senior Mechanical Building Services Engineer, someone with proven Building Services experience. With around 10 years' experienceunder their belt, they have now risen to a team of17 members and have done so very organically through excellent staff retention and hiring a mixture of apprentice level engineers and senior staff.
They put a huge emphasis on quality designs and even the directors are still actively involved in detailed design, as well as other duties
Working across huge range of project sectors such as residential, healthcare and offices, a large proportion of their work is in the education sector, working very closely with the local universities and schools. Experience working on these types of projectswould be advantageous but not essential.
Utilising all new technologies such as AutoCAD, Revit and IES, equipping you with all the relevant and latest tools you need to successfully get the job done, they also own their offices - big wide-open spaces, solar panels, EV charging points, table tennis,2 kitchens and a company bike for lunchtime use are included
They plan to grow the business organically and offer long term careers by providing all employees EMI share options.
