We have a fantastic opportunity for a Lettings Negotiator to join our Lettings team.
This role would suit someone who is enthusiastic, self-motivated, with a high sales drive - gaining immense satisfaction from filling a property.
The Role:
- Promoting & Marketing ‘on-point’ vacant properties adverts across our social media and web platforms.
- Building rapport and soft-vetting potential tenants.
- Capturing all data within our CRM system.
- Co-ordinating and facilitating property viewings.
- Progressing the tenant onto referencing stage and supporting them through the process.
- Explaining the tenancy agreement and arranging signing of agreements.
- Moving the tenant into their fantastic new property ensuring check-in and inventory reports are completed.
- Hitting Lettings KPIs & Targets.
Who would be the right fit?
- Experience of a Sales role in the property industry
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office & strong IT Skills
- Excellent organisational and planning skills
- Must have a full driver’s licence - Access to a company vehicle for viewings
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £23,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
