We are looking to strengthen our Pre-Appointment Corporate Team due to increased volumes of work.

The role will involve:

- Meeting with directors
- Carrying out AML Risk Assessments
- Issuing Engagement Letters
- Collating information
- Instructing & liaising with agents, solicitors, introducers, accountants, creditors, employees, RPS, as well as our business development team
- Convening & chairing meetings
- Producing Statement of Affairs
- Producing post appointment notices
- All necessary work up to & including the week 1 or month 1 review.

Knowledge of post appointment processes and obligations will be assistive, and sometimes you may be asked to help with post appointment tasks if the team need additional support.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years experience in corporate insolvency
- Excellent time management.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Able to meet strict deadlines.
- Communicate well both verbally and in writing.
- Use software (Microsoft Office, IPS by Turnkey).
- Read and interpret lots of information quickly - including words, figures and legislation.
- Cope with pressure.

**What the company will offer**:

- Salary of £28,000 - £33,000 per annum based on experience.
- 25 days annual leave + public holidays.
- Hours of 9am to 5pm Monday to Thursday and 9am to 4pm on Friday.
- Dress down Fridays
- 2 days per week working from home
- Work place pension scheme
- Exposure to a variety of corporate insolvencies.
