- Develop the strategy and deliver, communications that support the firm's vision, values and strategy.
- Operate as an integral member and ambassador of the Central Communications team, influencing senior stakeholders on best practice and supporting key projects business-wide, as well as everyday communications.
- Help to improve and drive employee engagement, working across Communications, HR, senior leadership and wider, consulting on, developing and implementing holistic internal communications strategies.
- Refine and maintain an effective communications infrastructure of tools and channels that enable flexible, agile and creative communication.
- Build relationships and navigate the business adeptly to source stories and content that demonstrate our strategy in action.

About you:

- Operating at senior manager level
- Have experience of heading up a global internal communication function.
- Have ideally managed a team.
- Come from professional services; legal, accountancy, real estate, consultancy
- The firm is looking for a senior manager with the gravitas and expertise to win the confidence of the leadership team and with the ability and motivation to deliver and drive the highest standards
