MERJE are partnered with an established and prominent Financial Services business based in Cheshire in their search for a Procurement Analyst.

This is a newly created role reporting to the Lead Procurement Manager.
- Experience within a procurement environment.
- Support the development and issue of tender documentation.
- Support the Group Procurement team and business stakeholders in the tender evaluation process ensuring timely access to all required materials and the coordination of evaluation responses.
- Develop and maintain strong working external relationships across the base of key external suppliers.
- Deliver, maintain and develop critical reports to the internal business teams in a timely and accurate manner.
- Assist with the ongoing development of major internal and external projects.
- To manage the day-to-day relationship and communications between the external suppliers and the internal stakeholders.
- Establish and maintain the supplier documentation repository ensuring timely and accurate document storage.
- Ability to deliver to tight timescales and changing priorities.
- Confident written and verbal communication skills.
- Ensure sensitivity and confidentiality where appropriate.
- The ability to communicate at all levels of an organisation and work collaboratively.
- The ability to review and analyse financial information and written documents such as tender responses and commercial proposals.

Your new role:

- Assisting in all aspects of Procurement and Supplier Management.
- Assisting the Group Procurement team with the pipeline of new spend and with contract renewals.
- Collating Supplier Scorecards to assist with the updates of the Supplier Dashboard.
- Supports Supplier Performance Management activities for some of the key suppliers, including ensuring that
- The supplier performs to the contract at a minimum
- Both parties meet their contractual obligations
- Contractual change is supported
- Assisting with Due diligence activities are supported and issued escalated as appropriate.
- Ensures compliance with Together policies, processes, procedures, guidelines and reporting requirements as well as any relevant regulatory and statutory requirements.
- Works closely with our colleagues in Legal, Risk and DPO to ensure that Procurement priorities are addressed in a timely manner.
