Omnichannel Manager for a growing digital service provider exclusively assigned to one of their global flagship clients in an eCommerce setting to lead the implementation of omnichannel projects for the UK, from business kick off to go live tailoring Globaltools to UK brands & markets' needs.
Reporting to the UK Omnichannel Lead you will be recognised as the UK key contact for one or several types of initiatives - Loyalty programs, Online Appointment Booking, BOPIS, Click & Reserve, etc. and be responsible for the implementation of a set of omnichannelprojects.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Be recognized by partner teams (Brands, IT, Online, Legal, CRM, etc.) as the Expert on the implementation of these initiatives
- Know how to manage all steps of the implementation and be able to manage these types of projects in autonomy
- Anticipate risks, blockers and next steps with limited supervision
- Prepare and lead follow-up calls / steering committees to give visibility on projects progress, planning, risks, issues and decisions to be taken
- Create reference documentation that describes the implementation phases and that can be reused for all future projects
- Identify pain points, work with partner teams on long term solutions
- Know the key business drivers, benchmark & report on live initiatives
- Be able to communicate on results, learnings and best practices
- Help other Omnichannel managers get onboarded on these initiatives
When implementing omnichannel projects you will:

- Prepare and lead the business kick off of these projects
- Organise all business-related workshops and meetings with the objective to gather all documents needed to start the production (business requirements, customer journey documents, business case, etc.)
- Be the business key contact of all project stakeholders (brands and markets, IT, online, CRM, legal, etc.) and make sure to share with them the planning, risks and project updates on a regular basis
- Share visibility to leadership on project progress, blockers and needs to make projects move forward
WHO YOU ARE
- Experienced as Project Manager on omnichannel / online / IT projects
- Outstanding communication skills, able to deliver clear messages to a business and technical audience without jargon.
- Flexible and adaptable to various audiences / types of projects
- Able to prioritise across multiple tasks and projects in parallel
- Demonstrating rigor and very good organisation skills
- Be a naturally curious person with a desire to learn, and foster a great team spirit
