**Role Overview**:
As a Pharmacy Counter Assistant, you will be an integral part of our pharmacy team, providing essential support in delivering high-quality customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of the pharmacy counter. Your responsibilities will include assisting pharmacists handling customer inquiries, managing stock, and maintaining a clean and organised workspace.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Providing friendly and efficient customer service at the pharmacy counter
- Handling cash transactions and processing payments accurately
- Answering customer inquiries and offering advice on over-the-counter medications
- Monitoring and maintaining pharmacy stock levels
- Ensuring compliance with pharmacy regulations and procedures
- Maintaining a clean and tidy pharmacy counter area

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a customer service or retail environment is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills
- A genuine interest in healthcare and willingness to learn
