**What you’ll be doing**

As a Trade Salesperson you’ll put your excellent knowledge of our stock to use in our store to deliver and exceed our targets, as well as managing all stock. Our customers will be greeted with a welcoming environment created by you, and you’ll build relationships with them that encourages them to come back. Keeping an eye on the market and our competitors, you’ll always be looking for ways we can achieve more sales across the store, finding opportunities to encourage Trade account openings at times. And the strong ties you’ll build with your store team will help you understand both our customers needs, and our stores’ needs, so you can always aim for better with us, and for our customers.

**What you’ll need**

You can help us succeed with
- Excellent customer service skills
- Experience managing stock
- An eye for the kitchen market and our competitors
- A can-do attitude that always strives for more
- An ability to use 2020 to put together a basic kitchen design, when necessary
- The confidence to support putting company-wide change initiatives in place
- Great interpersonal skills
