**The Events Marketing Manager Role**:
We are seeking an Events Marketing Manager to deliver marketing strategy and delegate and sponsor acquisition across our political and public sector events including supporting our new Population Health event series, our popular Diversity and Inclusion portfolioand variety of Client events.

The role requires someone who is able to work as part of a fast-paced Marketing team and liaise with both the Events and Sales teams. You will need to be confident in your skills and knowledge with a good understanding of the political and public sectorsand multi-channel marketing.

**Key Responsibilities**:
+ You will report into and work closely with the Director of Marketing and Senior Events Marketing Manager to deliver various events marketing strategy.
+ You will own your own event portfolios, specifically client events, which will require:
++ Strategy development and delivery
++ Delegate and sponsor acquisition campaigns
+ You will work with Editorial, Sales, Business Intelligence and Training teams to ensure integration with all services where relevant
+ You will work with the Creative Content team and Strategy teams to develop engaging marketing assets across print and digital, ensuring utilisation of all channels for amplification of campaigns
+ You will seek to improve processes to maximise efficiency, accuracy and delivery of objectives
+ Monitor and deliver on campaign objectives, revenue targets and KPIs
+ Manage multiple projects with competing timelines simultaneously whilst managing stakeholders’ expectations.

**About You**:
+ 5+ years in Marketing, of which 4 must have been Events Marketing
+ Experience and understanding of the political and public sectors
+ Excellent copywriting and communication skills
+ Track record of planning and executing successful Events Marketing campaigns
+ Website development and project management experience
+ Ability to provide accurate reporting on marketing performance including post-show analysis report with key findings and suggestions on improvements
+ Experience of running successful segmented campaigns to selected data select groups to ensure targeted and relevant campaigns
+ Demonstrable experience in collateral design development
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office software
+ Education to degree level (desirable)
