Fixed Term Contract opportunity (9 - 12 months) for a Senior Payroll Administrator/Payroll Supervisor to join a team in Salford to cover maternity leave.

Reporting to the Payroll Manager, you will be a senior member of the team, ensuring the timely and accurate processing of monthly payroll whilst managing the company's more complex payrolls.

**Responsibilities**
- Supporting the Payroll Manager with leading the department.
- Providing cover during absence and holidays.
- Hands-on processing of monthly payrolls.
- Managing time and attendance system.
- Calculation of statutory payments and deductions.
- FPS and EPS submissions.
- Monthly payroll reporting.
- Managing complex payroll queries.

**Requirements**:

- At least 3 years' experience as a Payroll Administrator/Senior Payroll Administrator/Payroll Supervisor
- High-volume monthly payroll processing experience
- Excellent knowledge of payroll legislation
- Ability to manually calculate payslips
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
- Good Excel knowledge
- Strong systems skills
