Established over 5 years we're looking for a reliable Handyman to undertake upkeep and repair tasks at the interior or exterior of local homes. We’ll rely on you to keep homes in perfect condition by doing various odd jobs. Deft hands and technical knowledge are important parts of a handyman’s arsenal. You must be well-organized with strong general repair skills. A keen eye for detail and physical stamina are valued greatly in this job. You will have your own transport, ladders and tools.

**Responsibilities**
- Deliver day to day maintenance and repairs
- Carry out agreed minor repairs and decoration within properties to a high-quality standard
- Assist with furniture deliveries and installations in properties
- Deal effectively and safely with repairs and maintenance ensuring timely responses are made and properties are safely and securely maintained
- Monitor and complete documentation accurately for all work carried out ensuring quality systems are followed
- Report to appropriate person all unsafe conditions, damage, near misses - whether or not there are any personal injuries, in order that remedial action can be taken
- To source and purchase of agreed materials for the purpose of maintenance work and in line with the maintenance schedule
- To complete all necessary records, including timesheets, expenses forms, health/safety information etc
- To work with all staff to continually raise the standard of the company’s properties
- To undertake such other duties as may be required by the Management Team
- To adhere to company policies and procedures

**Skills**
- Multi-skilled in different trades.
- Proven experience as handyman
- Basic math skills
- Good communication ability
- Well-organized and apt in problem-solving
- Attention to detail

**Job Types**: Part-time 1/3 Days a week available also

**Salary**: £15 per hour
Full Time: 40 hrs per week (Weekends Available)

Pay review after 6 months based on skillset

Additional pay:
Performance bonus
