**Job description**

Engage Education are currently recruiting **Qualified Maths + Science (KS4) Teachers** for the National Tutoring Program (NTP)

**What is the National Tutoring Programme?**

The NTP aims to make high-quality tutoring available to schools to reduce the impact that closures and lockdowns have had on children’s education over the pandemic. The first year of the program saw over 240,000 pupils enrolled from 5,700 schools. Now into its second year, the NTP aims to offer tuition to even more schools and pupils. We’re proud to work alongside the Department for Education and the NTP to bring flexible, high-quality tuition by dedicated, qualified and experienced teachers to pupils whose education has been most impacted by the pandemic. What tuition is available?
- Secondary - Science + Maths KS3
- Face to face and Online
- Monday to Friday
- 2-6 hours per day, flexible during the school day time, More often than not will be after school.
- £30-£35 per hour depending on the group size

Who can get involved? At this time, we're offering tuition via the NTP for qualified teachers (QTS), or people with classroom teaching experience (for example, those who haven't yet completed an NQT year). All tutors must also attend a compulsory induction session before they can book any tutoring work.
